Serge Portnoy, CA earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the Schulich School of Business at York University in 1989 and his CA designation in 1995. Serge acquired vast experience working for leading CA firms in Toronto, Ontario. His work experience includes managing a variety of clients in various industries including medical, manufacturing, real estate and construction. His background in small business manufacturing combined with his professional training allows him to assist qualified clients in the field of manufacturing, software and other industries and to refund a portion of monies spent on the research and development by his clients in the form of the Scientific Research and Experimental Development program administered by Canada Revenue Agency. Serge has been providing accounting, consulting and tax planning services to his many clients since 1999.
Serge and his staff regularly attend continuing education courses and seminars to continually upgrade their skills and experience.
